Heavens, I apologize for the tardy post, but this has been a hectic week: my girlfriend and I just rescued a cute-as-pie Corgi from a shelter, and the week has been consumed by trying to teach the pooch that, though the hardwood floors are attractive, they're not fit for pooping. Or peeing.
Anyway, this week I turn my attention to Dragon's Milk. It's a dangerously delicious (hey, hey 10 percent ABV) stout that gets its oaky, vanilla character from a turn in bourbon barrels.
