Malt House Dinner

  • Earthkeep Farmcommons 1211 Ethan Allen Highway Charlotte, VT, 05445 United States (map)

Join Adventure Dinner and our special guest Joshua Bernstein, noted author of five beer and brewing books, for a seated multi-course dinner featuring the best local beers. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a half dozen beers (or more!) with an expert as they tour a unique property and private malt house!

This unique evening will begin with a scavenger hunt leading guests to tasting stations around the farm, each holding a specially selected Vermont beer. With each sample, guests will learn and converse on the past, present, and future of beer while learning about malting and regenerative agriculture happening right here in Vermont.

Our table will be set against the background of the Malt House on the farm, where guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner prepared by Adventure Dinner Exec Chef James Kitchens and paired Vermont beers selected by our special guest.

After dessert and one final beer pairing, guests will go out into the crisp September night for our ceremonial sparkler send-off.

Tickets are per person ($167, includes tax) includes: four courses, four beer tastes and four paired beers, scavenger hunt and property tour, conversation with Josh Bernstein, sparkler closing ceremony.
